At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 14-16 St. Thomas’s Road, Chorley PR7 1HR, on 24th August 2000, the following Extrordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gregory John Mullarkey, of Wallwork & Company, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, held on the same day, Philip Long, of Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, was appointed Liquidator by the Creditors.
