We, Julie Dawn Walker and David Leslie Walker, of 30 Pond Road, Holbrook, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 0TX were both a Director of Home2Sell Ltd during the last 12 months ending with the day before the date of Liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name: Home2Sell (Derbyshire) Limited.
