THE A16 TRUNK ROAD (HOLTON-LE-CLAY) (PROHBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2000

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made this Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regualtion Act 1984 on the A16 Trunk Road, at Holton-Le-Clay in the county of Lincolnshire. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles travelling north on the A16 from turning right into Louth Road, Holton-Le-Clay. A copy of the Order, together with plans illustrating the proposals and a statement of the Secretary of State’s reasons for making the Order, may be inspected during opening hours at the Sub Post Office, Spar Shop, 79 Louth Road, Holton-Le-Clay, Grimsby DN36 5AA, or may be seen during normal office hours at or obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Project Services Secretariat, Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BL. Any person wishing to question the validity of, or of any provision contained in the Order, on the ground that it is not within the powers with respect to the Order conferred by the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of, or of any Instrument made under, any provision of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 17th August 2000, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
