SOUTHERN CAR PARKS OFF-STREET PARKING DENBIGH, RUTHIN AND LLANGOLLEN

NOTICE OF INCREASED EXCESS CHARGES AT PAY AND DISPLAY CAR PARKS IN THE DENBIGH, RUTHIN AND LLANGOLLEN AREAS

Denbighshire County Council being the road traffic authority by means of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) for the Parking Places/Car Parks stated in the Schedule 1 hereto, hereby gives notice under section 35C of the Act that upon the expiry of 21 days from the date of this notice the scale of excess charges at its Pay and Display Car Parks which are covered by the following Order, as referred to in the Schedule below will be increased with effect from Tuesday, 15th August 2000.

Excess Parking Penalty Charges

Currently: £15 rising to £50 if not paid within 14 days to be amended to: £20 rising to £60, if not paid within 14 days from the date the excess charge was incurred.
