In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 1260 of 2000 In the Matter of ARGENT BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of City House, 9 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 4EA, presented on 14th June 2000 by Nendle Acoustics Limited, of Tacitus House, 153 a High Street, Aldershot, Hampshire GU11 1T (registered office), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, of the High Court of Justice, The Court House, 184-186 Deansgate, Manchester, on Monday, 31st July 2000, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 28th July 2000.
