BOROUGH OF CONGLETON (BRADWALL ROAD, SANDBACH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2000

Notice is hereby given that, on Wednesday, 14th June 2000, Congleton Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements with Cheshire County Council made an Order, under sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will prohibit waiting by vehicles at any time on the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice. The Order comes into force on Monday, 19th June 2000, and a copy of the Order, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined during normal office hours at “Westfields”, Middlewich Road, Sandbach. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or on grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 22nd December 1999) apply to the High Court for this purpose. Bradwall Road (west side): From a point 250 metres north of its junction with Hightown in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 90 metres.
