NOTICE ANNOUNCING RETIREMENT OF PARTNER AND ADMISSION OF NEW PARTNER

Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between James Patric Phelan, George Ridgway, John Lowe, Robert Cant, Ian Monk, Michael Hammond Pole and Timothy Simon Cockcroft, carrying on business as chartered accountants at Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester, under the style of firm name of Pole Arnold has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st December 1999 so far as concerns Timothy Simon Cockcroft who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said former firm will be received by and paid by the continuing partners who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Pole Arnold.
