In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 1917 of 2000 In the Matter of SHEDDINGS CABARET CLUB and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Sheddings Cabaret Club, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Watersheddings, Oldham, Greater Manchester OL4 2PB, presented on 22nd March 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Liverpool VAT Office, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 21st June 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 20th June 2000.
