H & M FARMS

Notice is hereby given that I, Angus Matthew Martin, of Deloitte & Touche, 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2AJ, was appointed as Receiver of the Partnership of Harold Edward Fryer and Margaret Agnes Fryer, who formerly traded in Partnership as H & M Farms, from Home Farm, Thicket Priory, Thorganby, near Wheldrake, York, North Yorkshire, by Order of Mr. Justice Wall in the Family Division in the High Court of Justice (Lancaster District Registry No. 1997 D 241) on 15th October 1998 for the purposes set out in the aforementioned Order. In accordance with the Order of Mr. District Judge Nuttall on 12th April 2000 in the Lancaster District Registry any person having a claim against the Partnership of H & M Farms is hereby required to forward written particulars of his claim before 12th May 2000 to me at the above address (quoting Ref. HMFA02D/DFB/SMF/U) after which date it is intended to discharge claims having regard only to claims of which the Receiver has notice. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the above date is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in it the distribution to Creditors of the said Partnership. 14th April 2000.
