Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Levy Gee, 7th Floor, Wettern House, 56 Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 0XH, on 30th May 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at Levy Gee, 7th Floor, Wettern House, 56 Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 0XH, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meetings.
