Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of E Mary Grove & Co., White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, on Tuesday, 30th June 1998, at 2.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
