Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 243 Caledonian Road, London N1 1ED, on Monday, 29th June 1998, at 12 noon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator.
