At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 9 Savoy Street, London WC2E 7EG, on 17th March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Helen MacNaughton, of Ernst & Young, Compass House, 80 Newmarket Road, Cambridge CB5 8DZ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
