A Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the winding-up and the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release pursuant to section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, on 27th March 1998, at 3 p.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 26th March 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
