Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames in accordance with the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1996 proposes to introduce a series of road humps in Malden Hill Gardens, Coombe Gardens, Kings Avenue, New Malden and a series of speed cushions in Blagdon Road, New Malden.   Full details of the proposals are shown on plans which may be inspected, between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until 13th March 1998, at the Reception Desk, Second Floor, Guildhall, Kingston-upon-Thames KT1 1EU.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Environmental Services (Engineering and Transportation), telephone 0181-547 5996.   Any representation regarding the proposals should be sent by 13th March 1998 to the Director of Environmental Services (Engineering and Transportation), Guildhall 2, Kingston-upon-Thames KT1 1EU.
