Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4LP, on 13th March 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Resolutions to be considered are as follows, that the Liquidator’s report and receipts and payments account be agreed and that the Liquidator be released from office in accordance with S174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Pole Arnold, Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4LP, by not later than 12 noon, on Thursday, 12th March 1998. T. S.
