Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, David Jenner Cork, Liquidator of the above-named Company intend paying a second interim dividend to unsecured Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required on or before 9th February 1998 to submit to me, as Liquidator of the Company, their proof of debt. A dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving. An appropriate proof of debt form is required, and Creditors may be requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to me to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the above-mentioned date is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the second dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
