I, Keith Jeffery Algie of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3HF, hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that I was appointed Joint Liquidator of the above company at a meeting of creditors held on 31 October 2013.

My appointment as Joint Liquidator is as replacement of Mark Ranson who has resigned and has been released as Joint Liquidator.

I do not intend to convene meetings of creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee. I would draw creditors’ attention to the provisions of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 which states that a liquidator must summon meetings of a company’s creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee if requested to do so, in accordance with the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 by 10% in value of the company’s creditors.
