Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Sebastien Canderle has transferred his entire interest in Octopus Zenith Founder Partner LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL9809 (the “Partnership”) to the following:

1. Bluetower Associates LLP;

2. Luke Hakes;

3. Simon Andrews;

4. Jane Vinson;

5. Simon Rogerson;

6. Guy Myles; and

7. Christopher Hulatt.

Sebastien Canderle has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
