Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2012 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by John McDonald Ferguson that Howco Engineering & Technical Limited (Company Number SC158261) be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 25 May 2012 ordained all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which Notice is hereby given.
