Notice is hereby given that on 8 February 2011, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Greenock by Malcolm MacSween craving the Court that an order be made restoring the name of Albaland Limited having its registered office at 35A Union Street, Greenock to the Register of Companies, in which petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 9 February 2011 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Nelson Street, Greenock within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all which notices hereby given.
