Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. pursuant to an assignation of 21 June 2010 Florencia Kassai transferred to Equity Trust Labuan Limited as Trustee of the Aconcagua Limited Trust all of the interest held by her in HgCapital 5 General Partner L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5581 and Florencia Kassai ceased to be a limited partner and Equity Trust Labuan Limited as Trustee of the Aconcagua Limited Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership; and

2. pursuant to an assignation of 21 June 2010 Dan Groen transferred to Kent Nossaman as trustee of the Daniel F Groen 2010 Trust all of the interest held by him in the Partnership and Dan Groen ceased to be a limited partner and Kent Nossaman as trustee of the Daniel F Groen 2010 Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership.
