Notice is hereby given that Dmitri Ross, Solicitor, having a place of business at 18 Anderson Street, Airdrie, judicial factor on the estate of the deceased, Samuel McManus, has presented a petition to the Court of Session for discharge from the office of judicial factor. Any person having an interest may lodge Answers to the Petition. Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 21 days after the date of this notice.
