Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Court of Session by Leslie James McIntyre, Chartered Accountant, Wylie & Bisset, Chartered Accountants, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP, as Judicial Factor on the estate of the late Miss Violet Wilhelmina Steele, who resided at Leverndale Hospital, 510 Crookston Road, Glasgow G53 7TU, for exoneration and discharge from his office.
Any person having an interest may lodge Answers to the Petition. Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 21 days after the date of this Notice.
