Sequestration of the estate of

ALAN MCKINLEY HILL

The estate of Alan McKinley Hill, 8 Bridge Street, Brechin DD9 6HZ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Forfar on Wednesday 10 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Derek Simpson CA, French Duncan, 80 Nethergate, Dundee DD1 4ER, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 11 July 2005.
