Sequestration of the estate of

MARIE LAWRIE MIDDLETON (MARR)

The estate of Marie Lawrie Middleton (Marr), 17 Wingate Place, Aberdeen AB24 2TD, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Aberdeen on Tuesday 7 June 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 7 June 2005.
