Sequestration of the estate of

WENDY PATRICIA IRWIN OR LUMSDEN

The estate of Wendy Patricia Irwin or Lumsden, 75c Westwood Avenue, Ayr KA8 0RL, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Ayr on Wednesday 15 December 2004, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David J Hill Esq CA, Messrs BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 64 Dalblair Road, Ayr KA7 1UH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 15 December 2004.
