Sequestration of the estate of

SARA GORDON

The estate of Sara Gordon, formerly residing at 201A Marine Parade, Hunters Quay, Dunoon PA23 8HJ and now at 18 Valrose Terrace, Dunoon PA23 9PS, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunoon on Friday 10 December 2004, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gerard P Crampsey Esq CA, Messrs Stirling Toner & Co, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 10 December 2004.
