Sequestration of the estate of

MOHAMMED ABDUL SATTAR

The estate of Mohammed Abdul Sattar, 23 Leander Crescent, Bellshill ML2 1JA, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 8 December 2004, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert C Wallace Esq CA, R Wallace S.I.P. Ltd, 10 Clydesdale Street, Hamilton ML3 0DF, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 11 November 2004.
