Sequestration of the estate of

KEVIN FAULDS

The estate of Kevin Faulds, Flat 0/2, 16 Andrew Street, Paisley PA3 2ER, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Paisley on Thursday 9 December 2004, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Donald McKinnon, Wylie & Bisset, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 9 December 2004.
