The estate of Lilian Robertson, 29 Seaton Terrace, Irvine KA12 0ST was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Monday 25th October 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Brian Johnstone Esq CA, Manson & Partners, 51 Rae Street, Dumfries DG1 1JD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 25th October 2004.
