The estate of Robert McMonagle, Flat 1/1 (also known as Flat 11), 11 Whitelaw Gardens, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 25th October 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian S Murray Esq CA, Messrs Kapoor & Murray, Unit 21, Six Harmony Row, Glasgow G51 3BA, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 12th October 2004.
