Sequestration of the estate of

John Atuahene

The estate of John Atuahene residing at 72 Hawkhead Road, Paisley and formerly trading as a partner in the Practical Law Partnership at 5 Floor, 34 Argyll Arcade, Glasgow, G2 8BD was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on 23 August 2004 and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, Begbies Traynor (Scotland) LLP, 4th Floor, 78 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5UB has been appointed by the court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a permanent trustee.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 5th July 2004.
