DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 65) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 10) Order 2004 conies into force on 19th June 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terns of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Fjord Seafood Scotland Farming Limited previously known as Western Isles Seafood Company Limited at the site known as Thota Na Bridein, situated in Loch Thota Bridein, south west of Stornoway, Lewis, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NB335275) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
