Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the company and creditors in the liquidation will be held at this office on Thursday 8th July 2004 at 10.30am to receive my report on the winding up and to determine whether I should have my release as liquidator under section 173 of the Act.

Creditors should note that Rules 7.9 and 7.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 apply with regard to entitlement to vote and the passing of resolutions. All creditors whose claims have been accepted are entitled to attend and to vote. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.

Proxy forms and claims may be lodged either at the meeting or beforehand at the offices of Gerber Landa & Gee, Chartered Accountants, 12 Newton Terrace, Glasgow.
