Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Martin Aitken & Co, Chartered Accountants, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ on Thursday 6th May 2004 at 10am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s report as to how the winding up of the Company has been conducted.
