William Young

Further to a Note presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 15th January 2004 by Ian M Stubbs, Solicitor, 151 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Judicial Factor on the Estate of the late William Young, for exoneration and discharge of his whole actings, intromissions and management as Judicial Factor, the Court pronounced the following Interlocutor on 16th January 2004:

“The Sheriff, having seen and considered the note, number 8 of process, appoints this Note to be intimated on the walls of court and to the Accountant of Court; to be advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette and to be served on the parties named in schedule attached to said note; and ordains them and all other parties interested to lodge answers hereto, if so advised, within 21 days after such intimation, advertisement and service with the Sheriff Clerk, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh; reserves to pronounce further.”
