The dissolved partnership of J & S Banks & Son

The estate of the dissolved partnership of J & S Banks & Son formerly trading from 76 High Street, Musselburgh EH21 7BX was sequestrated by The Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh on 26th November 2003 and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Baker Tilly, 23 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1JX has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims was 23rd October 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
