Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at 11.45am followed by a meeting of creditors at 12 noon within 10 Ardross Street, Inverness on 2nd December 2003 for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the winding up and to determine whether the liquidator should be released.
