The estate of Euan J Joss t/a Elecate, Raxton Cottage, Tarves, Ellon, Aberdeenshire was sequestrated by the sheriff at Aberdeen on Wednesday 27th August 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alistair W Duthie Esq, Duthie Ward & Co., 42 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB9 1UP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
