Roger John Moore, Dougal Paul McBride and Carlo Lincoln Coxon, the partners in the firm trading under the names “Nicolsons” and “The Grain Store” and having their place of business at 30 Victoria Street, Edinburgh, hereby give notice that with effect from 11.59pm on 31st July 2003 the partnership was dissolved. Mr Carlo Coxon acquired the business and assets of the Partnership as the sole principal but it is his intention to operate the business through the vehicle of The Grain Store Restaurant Limited which commenced trading on 1st August 2003.
