DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 58) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 72) Order 1999 comes into force on 28th June 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Stolt Seafarm Ltd at the site known as Loch Trollamarig, situated in Loch Trollamarig north-west of Molinginish, North Harris, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NB212015) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
