DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 49) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 161) Order 2002 comes into force on 31st May 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing tanks and hatchery belonging to Mainland Salmon Limited at the site known as Hatchery, situated east of Sourin, Rousay, Orkney Isles (OS grid ref: HY 438 311) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
