The estate of Susan Truten trading as The Watch Repairer, 132 Poplar Street, Greenock was sequestrated by the sheriff at Greenock on Monday 3rd February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Leon M Marshall Esq CA, Messrs Stevenson & Kyles, 25 Sandyford Place, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G3 7NJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 21st January 2003.
