Notice is hereby given that on 20th December 2002 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Benetton Group spa, a company incorporated in Italy whose principal place of business is at Villa Minelli, 1, 31050, Ponzano, Treviso, Italy, praying the Court inter alia to order that S.U.X. Limited Company No. 139782 a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 30 Miller Road, Ayr KA7 2AY be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition Lady Smith by Interlocutor dated 24th December 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
