The estate of Joyce Christine McEwen, 8 Strathallan Road, Bridge of Allan FK9 4BS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stirling on Friday 13th December 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Thomas R Campbell Esq CA, Messrs Scott, 7 Register Street, Bo’ness EH51 9AE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 13th December 2002.
