The estate of James McBeth t/a European Satellite Communications, 36 Achamore Crescent, Drumchapel G15 8DG was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 25th November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert M Dallas Esq CA, Messrs Campbell Dallas, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley PA1 3QS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 22nd October 2002.
