DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers have made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 182) Order 2002. This Order declares the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Hunter Salmon at the site known as South Side, Dales Voe, situated east of Scarvar Ayre, Dales Voe, Shetland (OS grid ref: HU 432 704), to be a designated area for the purposes of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 (as amended), and provides for the control of the movement of live fish, live eggs of fish and foodstuff for fish into or out of the area. The Order will come into force on 23rd November 2002.
