DISERT ROAD, DRAPERSTOWN

The Department for Regional Development, being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon 334 square metres of former road in front of No. 52A Disert Road, Draperstown.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 13th April 2011 to 25th May 2011 at Roads Service Headquarters, Room 213, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast and Roads Service Magherafelt Section Office, 30 Station Road, Magherafelt.

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal in writing to the Department’s Roads Service Western Division, Lands Branch, Boaz House, 15 Scarffe’s Entry, Omagh, BT78 1JE, stating the grounds of objection.
