OFF-STREET PARKING ORDER

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 31st March 2011 an Order entitled The Off-Street Parking(AmendmentNo.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. 2011 No. 176) which will come into operation on 3rd May 2011.

The Order revokes all the provisions of The Off-Street Parking (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. 2011 No. 125) in order to remove a drafting error and re-enacts them again in this provision. The effect of the Order is to: —

•reduce charges for car parks at Ballynahinch : Windmill Street; Carrickfergus : St. Brides Street; Larne : Circular Road West.

• add new tariffs to the existing scale of charges.
